Can you post the job file you saved this cabinet from or send it to cabinets@thermwood.com?

Still looking in to it, but it seems to be the hole patterns. When I load the cabinet up, it says there is over 4,500 hole pattern bodies. That almost 16mb worth of parasolids body data.

Whenever I loaded the cabinet, the shelf section shows 10.5". How are you getting the 10.3127" to show for the shelf sections? I am loading the Sallys Bathroom B1.hsf file that you uploaded. Is this the latest file of this cabinet you have?

You can try copying the CD to a folder on your hard drive, then run the install. If that don't work, call in for a new cd. If you do get it to install, don' forget to download the lastest update.

It may be a bug with the parasolid bodies. Can you zip and send that file(18mb) to cabinets@thermwood.com? Put note on email to Forward to Rick Deskins.

Here is an example of the number / letter problem. I know why it happens but fixing it would sure increase the versatility of the program, depending on how it machines of course. had lots of trouble with cutter compensation in the past. You can get this done in the system today. For letters like A ...

You can try to reinstall the vc++ 2005 sp1 redistributable package.

The lastest patch of ecabinets does include a fix that will allow a vista 64bit user to register/verify their ecabinets without any registry modifications needed, however you still need to run the patch and the program as administrator (allows writing to the program files folder).

Were you logged into the web store when you checked the price?

There are two different prices: one for ecab members and one for the average joe. You should always get ecabinets price while in ecabinets. If you are on the web store, you have to login to see your ecabinets member price.

After installing from the disc, you need to install the latest patch.

Most hotels and such only allow Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. I haven’t heard of any that allow free dial-up access. I have heard that connecting modem to a digital phone line can damage your modem because the digital line uses a higher current.
