Hello, everytime I machine plam or melamine 1'' thick or plus, I get a chip at the Bottom where the tool gets throught material…..I use up & down with proper tool...Any idea on settings to adjust to improve this ? Why it does not do this with 5/8''' thick material, is ramping setting the problem ?

I'm having bad results (chipping) on outline afert only 4-5 sheets, mostly on top of board. I'm usign Onsrud 60-181Mw at 18 000 rpm and 250-300 feed in 2 passes....Any idea what is the problem ? Is there anyway I could do an outline with variable depth at 1st pass in the same outline ? Oscillating ?...

I have 160 vanities to produce and they are mostly made of 1 1/2'' thick particle board with plastic laminate on both sides. I was wondering what tool do you guys use, feed, rpm, etc.... I've had bad results in the past, only able to cut couple sheets before having bad quality cuts...

Not working even after the upgrade, I'm sending the export by email.

No not working with group...no idea where the problem is...

Does not seem to work ! Look at the pictures...

I don't know anymore how to set up so the cnc does not do a Pocket instead of a regular cut-out, I have a sink cut-out to do and it does it as a Pocket so it takes a lot more time to do it and I don't understand why it does it this way !! It's a part from eCab.

I use double side tape between the wasteboard and spoilboard, our spoilboard is screwed into the aluminium.

Installed 5.73 and now the problem is solved !

I had eCab 6.9 and control nesting 5.71 when this job was post.

When I nest this cabinet in eCab, all is good, but in control nesting there is a problem, can't nest the doors and drawer fronts.....
