Re:

My plywood likes a conventional cut also. Joe This is key to prevent "fuzzing" of the plywood...which would cause edgebanding/applied edge issues. I've been running 3/4" thick walnut plywood at 600IPM @ 18000 RPM's with FeedRate over-ride turned all the way up to 120%. This means 600...

That's the job file it loaded. What is the name you gave in the bottom field?....Be sure to hit BROWSE, then type in the name of the file you wish to create. I attached a screenshot of what it should look like prior to hitting \"OK\".

I use the Free version of AVG at home also. Never had a problem with it. I do think that it does auto updates now. Either that or it checks upon boot-up only.
I've also recommended Free AVG to customers who use our controllers and require to be online.

Save it anywhere on your pc.
Go to the Display Part Editor and load in the file.
Now save it into a directory of your choice (Such as Sample_HSFs). This will create the .jpg file that needs to accompany it.

Hope this helps.

Bring oversized board into the part editor, right click and choose \"Create Part Using Closed Contour\". Then select the contour, and choose Next.

By the way, the upper line within your DXF file was a hidden line (dashed). Don't know if that was the issue with Build 3 or not though.
