Thanks Clint. I believe you're right. I haven't tired it yet, but It did work at one time and I believe I may have changed it to try to get more out of a sheet some time back, but never changed it back. I'll give it a shot in the next few weeks.

I have three alignment pins along X & when I cut sheets for parts all works fine & is spot on for dims. However when I cut a full sheet with say two 24" sides with tenons, one tenon will be spot on at say 3/8", but the other will be less at maybe a 1/4" and both are set at 3/8...

I almost wonder if one could set up partitions, then just cut the dado and not the partition itself.

Here is something interesting, to me anyway. My printer prints the leaders fine in my other cad programs, just not in Ecabinets. It's something specific to Ecabinets apparently, but I haven't figured it out yet. Maybe TMC would have some idea(s).

Nope, thanks anyway Kerry, but the Universal Print Driver didn't work for me. Message said it wasn't compatible with my printer. Maybe my printer is too old, I've probably had it for 5 or six years.

I have two jobs that have unfortunately converged due to weather and other delays on the one. I don't have any extra time to waste at the computer. I will happily pay for a face frame farm sink cabinet that I can resize once I receive the actual sink. Let me know if you can provide one and the cost....

Or, you can use the chamfer in part editor as well.

Just thinking, another way to check would be to remove one cabinet at a time from nesting, then re-nest and see if the job will nest properly.
