This unit worked fine in 5.1 but now, when I try to change drawers, it gives me a steady increment in the size of the drawer front depending on which one I insert first, second and last. I have also used a photo of a rug in the past. A customer wanted to see what that would look like in their new study. Looked pretty good.

Larry, it seems it was my Anti-Virus. Why I have not thought of that? Dunno. But It now works. I have removed the 5.2 and re-installed it and it is now working fine.

Getting worst now. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I get this error message. The problem is still the same though...can't run 5.2 and if I try installing it, it says it is already installed. I need major help here.

Yep did that. Installed, rebooted the computer and still showing 5.1 but if I try installing again, it says it has to uninstall 5.2

I tried downloading automaticly and it installs but when I open ecab, it still shows v5.1 build 5. So I tried with manual download and install and it first has to uninstall (weird since it does not show it as installed) and then install but still show 5.1 build 5.

WHY?

I will try and see if V5.2 does any thing good with it.

Cab 2 is only a toe kick and is fine (sort of). The main cab is the problem chile. I have tried removing face frame and all sort of stuff but nothing worked except changing the back inset for the back panel.

I have this cabinet that I am trying to get the back inset 1/2".....this makes the back disappear completely. If I inset it .499" or .501 no problems....just not .5" This regardless of the back material I use.

If it is me, let me know so I beat my head on the wall a bit.

OK here goes. The software crashed to the point where I can not access it. I tried to effect a repair on it but it still won't work. Therefore , I can not retrieve the numbers that was used. I need a new one. Question: Who do I call? What is the number to call? I have a job that has to get out.........
