First of all use the uppers that are on the angled wall not the uppers that have two 90 degree corners.
Make sure you are using inches and fractions.
Highlight the left upper cabinet
enter a value of 12\" in the left numerical position box.
hit enter
mine just moves to 13 9/32\" not 12\" as I had ...

Dan, Try it with wall cabinets.
Any job that I have with angled walls I can't move wall cabinets with the numerical entry. Place three wall cabinets on your wall an try to move one of them using the boxes.
the error that Scott found is that eCabinets is letting us enter a value without clicking on ...

Justin,
I spoke to Scott Vaal at eCabinets about the problem with the numerical entry boxes not working. He thinks that he has found the solution so it will probably be fixed in the next build.

Lorin,
You can cut a hole with a waterfall, Make sure you are clicking on the Select tool ( the Arrow at the upper left hand corner of the screen) before you try to select the cutout.

Christopher,
I didn't have any problems placing them in a room. Have you tried after re-booting the computer?
I am not much help here.
You might create another room and try placing them in it.

Lorin,
In Detail Room, Double click your counter top to highlight it then right click and choose Part Editor, this will send the top to the part editor where you can cut holes in it, round corners and profile edges.

Joe,
I will agree it is aggravating when you have lights hidden and take a room to the LDE and discover the lights are there and have to back out and get rid of them in detail room so that they don't show up in the line drawings. I just don't use many line drawings. is why I am not bothered much ...

Rob,
Sure they are Cherubs. Spoken like a lonely monk trapped in a monastery for years and years with nothing to look at but a bunch of other monks.

Peter,
I don't have to do anything. When I add a Display board it is in the cut list as a Display Board Part.
It is listed in the Board Stock summary also.

Also for pricing I would always either place the cabinets in a room or batch them and run the nest to get accurate material count. Use that for ...

Joe,
You can't hide lights in the Line Drawing Editor. I have found it easier to save a version of the job with no lights in it to use for the line drawing editor (call it line drawings). You can also eliminate counter tops and other things you don't want in this version to save time in the LDE.
