Thanks Paul,
I sent you a PM.

Nicholas,
As I said I think I can sell this piece if I can keep it below $4000 and after talking to a couple of the area Thermwood owners it looks like that is going to be possible. I want to build one just to play with the finish schedule.

Glenn,
We all have to choose where we will and won't compromise to remain competitive and those choices seem to change often. There are also many new skills that have been introduced because of the changes in todays market. Computer design comes to mind. I like to \"Draw\" everything in eCabinets ...

Dan, I actually haven't spent any time estimating this piece. I had shown pictures of it to a couple of people to get them interested. they both loved it and wanted a ball park and I gave them the $3500 to $4000 explaining the cost of the lift and the fact that I didn't have solid numbers on the ...

Dan,
I guess I had better get with someone to get some numbers on cutting the carvings. If the carvings for that piece are anywhere near what you are saying then my furniture career is over before I build my first credenza.
I wouldn't have anything cut but the carvings because I will make some ...

David,
You play in a bigger ballpark than I do. Mine was $3500 and I got laughed at by two different customers.

Italian Renaissance Credenza

Roughly, what would some of you price the Italian Renaissance Credenza available through the Thermwood Furniture Network in your area?

You have 8 hours of router time and the rental for the carving programs,
The cost of the TV lift,
The cost of finishing materials from Thermwood
Your basic lumber ...

Steven,
Here is a 3D model of a bottom freezer fridge if you would like to use it. It isn't great but it might get you by. You just place these files in your Imports folder and you will be able to open them as Display objects. You can change the textures on the parts by opening this object in the ...

Steven,
You can create a Display Cube the size if the fridge and crop and use the jpeg image for the cube. Be sure to check stretch instead of tile when you use the image.

Don,
If you are using Detached Toe Kicks then you will have to build and place them as separate cabinets. There is a \"Standard Detached Toe Kick\" in the standard cabinet library to get you started.

Larry,
Think of the profiles you create in the shape manager as scrapers not rotary bits. ( I made this one symmetrical so that it would cut correctly on both sides of a board) This is what allows the asymmetrical door panel profiles. The machines take this profile information and figure out how to ...

David,
The piece shown was just a 2\" X 96\" X 1 1/8\" display cube.
I started the single profile at the lower left hand corner and used comp left and a -1 1/8\" plunge.
If you start at a different place you might have to make adjustments. Kerry

Brian,
You can build any kind of drawer you want, place it in a cabinet with or without a front, or even place drawers with different construction in the same cabinet and they will all re-size with the cabinets.

I did a rough version of the tool this morning. I will try to clean it up and post it later. I really like the profile Larry.
