The maintance man and i chacked the whole router for wireing problem and air pressure. We did not find anything. We separated very wire conection and pluged them back up making sure is conected correctly. Air pressure does not go below 100 psi.

Rob, have you tried double sided tape. Taping the eges of the laminate sheet tom the CNC table might help to. You can machine laminate a lot faster than that and get a nivce edge. Try 24000rpm and 700-800ipm. It's been a long time since i machined a sheet of HPL by itself, so numbers might be off a ...

Thank you Daniel, i feel so stupid!!! The holes are spouse to be 5mm, i do not know how they got to .1874. I went to eCabs and changed the diameter of the holes there.

Yes, Boa Construction is a member. Rick Lages who works for Boa is the president for STL regionor midwest, i am not sure. We are also AWI and FSC certified.

I was cutting counter tops with dog bones for fasteners. It's a 7/16" pocket and router firt cleaned up the povcked and than routed it. Similar to the pocket in the earlier part that is in the attachment.
