I can think of at least two more....
"Have Spiceland Wood Products cut it out for you"
"Add 4 more hours to each day"
I know, the first is shamefully selfish......but I want to keep that thing running!

Re: Latest kitchen & a design question...
Besides the other suggestions, and not knowing how far out of the box ideas you want, here's 2 more ideas. 1) Move the refrig to the right of the wall oven but centered under the two windows, assuming the refrig is not taller than the windows. Build short (72") pantry units on either side of re...

Re: Material size changes
Already did that and it worked. THM won't take a 61 wide sheet but put in as 60 and it works fine, other than wasting an inch on the width. I was just wondering if there was another way around it. I also figured out you can add multiple sheets without retyping everything as long as they are the same...

Material size changes
This may be a stupid question but .... Our melamine supplier just offered me a deal on some 61x97 material (versus the typical 49x97) that he wants to unload. All of my programs are set up for 49x97 but in order to switch to this new size, do I need to rerun new TWD files or can this be done wholesa...

Mike, I've been there. I would post a link if I knew how but look at July 11, 2005 post by me in the Thermwood Forum for machine owners. We burned our table out with a dull bit and wrong tool application. Operator heard whistling as air rushed through the hole to the vacuum. SCARY!!!!! Glad you dodg...

Damon, Check the deck and top settings if using blind dado construction. I think default for Thermwood is to have the deck tenon on top and the top tenon on bottom, which makes the deck cut with top side of sheet to the bottom of the cabinet. The back and sides are good face up on the machine but wa...

I was one guy who can tell you that the program DID warn me that it was about to expire. I had difficulty uploading the update and every day I turned it on, eCabs would warn me I had only so many days before the program expired. I know because I had to get Thermwood to help me download it as I was o...

Denny, We also do LOTS of commercial laminates for our own business as well as production sharing. We lay up the sheets before cutting and do any laminate the customer wants. Frankly, the commercial stuff has saved our bacon this year as residential has been slow. But everybody wants in on it now si...

We ran a large job today and one of the drawer heads (laminated cabs with slab drawers) came out with a blind dado tenon on each end. I chalked it up to my inferior programming skills but in looking back, I could not find an error anywhere. After reading these two, I wonder if I have a gremlin? :twi...
