Thanks Kerry!
I'll give it a try and play with it to learn how you did the constraints so I don't have to wine on the forum about this in the future.

Re: Cabinet with PE part resizing problem
Thanks Ryan. What I'll do with the cabinet resize problem is to make a new cabinet the width I need with a straight top rail then take the top rail to the PE and arch it. This way I can get around the cabinet resizing issue. As far as deleting the shelf pins from the cabinet - I didn't even consider...

Re: Consistent eCabs crashing after adding top molding
You're right Kerry. Somehow 8 shelf pins got put into this cabinet and there are no shelves in it. When I try to delete the pins in the cabinet buy list it won't let me delete them. This is a problem I've had before with deleting hardware from a cabinet. It seems that once it's in the cabinet buy li...

Consistent eCabs crashing after adding top molding
After adding top crown molding to 3 cabinets in a custom room layout, I will take a 4th cabinet in to add crown molding. Once I've added the crown molding on cabinet 4 I click Main to return to the CE. eCabs locks up and crashes and has to be restarted. I've done this consistently 3 times in a row. ...

Re: Copy and Paste of a cabinet not working
Interesting. I would think custom room layout is where copy and paste would be the most useful. I can't think of a use for copy and paste while in the CE. Oh well.....
Thanks Kerry!

Cabinet with PE part resizing problem
The attached cabinet file seems to be having problems resizing. I get the error dialog pictured here when I try to change the width. I created a top rail 6" wide and then took it to PE to create the arched cutout. I want to make a cabinet from this seed that is 48" wide and I get the error...

Copy and Paste of a cabinet not working
The help file indicates I should be able to copy and paste a cabinet using either the selections from the Edit menu or using CTRL-C to copy and CTRL-V to paste. For some reason, I am unable to copy and paste a cabinet in a custom room layout. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be turned on t...

Re: Walls, assemblies and cabinets loosing associations
Thanks Kerry, At first I thought it might be a machine specific problem. I run Windows 7 on 8GB RAM with a quad core processor. I just never know whether it's a eCabs bug or a situation/configuration of my computer. I'm still running into intermittent crash problems with build 3. Also running into r...

Walls, assemblies and cabinets loosing associations
I go through the process of associating a cabinet, assembly, appliance, etc. to a wall. I then select the wall and press 'W' to see the wall view so I can move the object up or down on the wall. I get to the wall view and the associations for some of the objects are lost. For example a sink I'm tryi...

Re: Can't get rid of hardware
Thank you Ryan. I have noticed that about half the time I do that process the program crashes and Windows shuts it down.
The other half of the time it works. So I just make sure I've saved my project prior to doing this operation.
