I have cut a few, but you need to update the profile modeler first or they will be about twice the size.

Hello everyone, I am trying to cut out a simple sign out of sign board, my problem is in the outline cut (no common close point) could someone look at it and tell me what I am doing wrong? It should be a square with a small border then the image 1in thick.

Check with a Formica dealer, most stock Formica solid surface, they sell to anyone with a shop in my area.

This is part of a job I put in today. It is all maple with Thermwood's Black Worn Red finish. Sorry you can't see all the details. The vanity is the same finish. I built it first to practice on.
