Re: I can't cut this

Hi Dave,

Just remember that dadoes take only 2 passes per dado but pockets can be more than 2.

Re: Poor edge quality

Hi Gerry, Like others have mentioned, trying a different material would be the easiest choice. Not that the tooling couldn't be the problem but I think the Vortex tooling that you are using is great. We use the 3/8" and 1/2" mortising/compression bits for shows/demos and have had great suc...

Very Sad Announcement

It is with great sadness that I report the loss of a Thermwood "family" member and personal friend. Dennis Blackburn passed away due to complications from a recent medical issue. Please keep Dennis and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Here is a link to the obituary for those of you...

Re: Is youbuild.com going to be like production sharing???

Hi, YouBuild is currently being test marketed at one location in Charlotte, NC. YouBuild products can either be purchased via the internet (http://www.youbuild.com) or through the end cap at the Wendover Road Home Depot location. YouBuild products are generated and resized using eCabinets. Customers...

Re: Lock Dado Joint

Hi Neville, Well, I was hoping for 2011 but it looks like sometime in 2012. I know everyone has been waiting patiently and eating their greens hoping to see a new update but the programmers are busy working on a different project for right now (youbuild.com). It's hard to give the members a timeline...

Re: New Build or Patch?

Hi Guys, Sorry for the late response. I meant to answer last week but forgot and I just got back from a show in TX. Our programmers are currently working hard on a different project (which I can't get into any details on) but it does involve eCabinets. When we do come out with a new update, it shoul...

Hi Mike,

We took them off for various reasons but I will look for them and can email them to you if that would help?

thanks,

Re: Lock Dado Joint

Hi Fred, Sorry but we selected the wrong directory during the first day of the show which resulted in a few cabinets with the lock dado joint to be cut. The programmers are still working on this new joint along with other bug fixes and improvements. I am unsure as to when the new update will be avai...

Re: nesting problem

Just an FYI, Terry had emailed his job to us and he figured out what was causing the problem before we could even take a look at it. We are looking into why this problem became a problem.

thanks,

Hi Zac,

I just checked and we do not have anyone in Cape Town. We have customers in Johannesburg and Durbin but not Cape Town.

thanks,

Hi Neville,

We are currently working on a new full length video of the load/unload process but below is a quick video before the machine left for the AWFS show.

Re: New Build?

Hi Everyone, I sent out a mass email late last week to all eCabinet members stating that we will be showing the Lock Dado Joint at the upcoming AWFS show in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun and the new joint is not ready along with some of the other added features in eCabinet Systems. I al...

Re: Trade Show.

Hi Jason and Mark, AWISA is in 2012 and there is a good chance that we might be there in some form or another. We do have a dealer for Australia/New Zealand and you can click below to view their information: http://www.thermwood.com/australia.htm I believe our dealer will also be exhibiting at the A...
