Re: Vacuum Pump for my C53
We run two 250cfm pumps. I was wondering if anyone has the CN software switch from one pump to two pumps when the parts are released? Not sure if this is built into the Thermwood controls or a add on. We find its the final cut into the spoil sheet when you have smaller parts that the second pump is ...

part editor release 13
Hi, In part editor, I am able to create a cutout for a circle 5mm to 25mm and so forth but when I try to make a sink cut out it comes up with an error as attached picture will show. I didn’t have this problem before the versions build v6 ver 12 but as soon as I updated to 12 and 13 the ability to do...

Re: Drawer runner issue
Hi Jason,
After a bit more investigation I think the drill head may need attention. Just waiting some advice from Flecknoe. Its out 3.5mm which shows up differently depending on the position of the part in the nest.
Will let you know what we find in the next day or so.
Regards
Neville

Drawer runner issue
I was wondering if anyone was having or had a issue with the rhs runner in carcass/cable end infrequently being drilled wrong. The hole varies by 2 to 4 mm but not consistantly wrong. It happens on two different drawer type sets. In our case a softclose model and a self close model called Harn. The ...

Re: ecabs users in Western Australia
Hi John,
We do ship flatpacks to Perth via a freight company in Kewdale.
Normally its about $200 for freight plus the cost for a crate to send it up in unless its on a pallet which I don't recomend.
If Vince and John are not interested we could do the sums on a test job.
Regards

Re: ecabs users in Western Australia
John I have one here in Albany. I think thats still classed as Western Australia but then again next stop is Antarctica.
I think there are a few 3 axis machines used in the plastic industry in Perth as well.
Our machine just hit 6 years old, so its gone fast.

Re: The old favourite Hoop Errors
Lucky you Daniel. I don't know what has happened to the old installed list. I thought the retore points went back forever not just a week. When its not your computer you are not sure what goes on.
Maybe someone will suggest what to try.

Thanks Leo, The original post effort was rewarded by watching the late great John Belushi. I didn't remember that song. Ah, but I was so much older then

Re: Drill Bank Plunge rate
Ben what we need is Thermwoods smart-router logic. We use melamine here in Australia rather than ply. If you could adjust the drill plunge rate with its first contact with the board would be ideal.Just as you normally do as a human. Soft start but once penetrated then the pressure is increased. I th...
