Well, during the Beta testing I had this happen numerous times - and I have 6G of RAM. You could be experiencing a memory leak bug. You probably need to provide a bit more information for Thermwood to track this down. You could start by posting one of the jobs that are causing the problem.

Re: Cannot use dislpay objects
One trick for taming Display Objects is to open them in the Cabinet/Assembly Editor, rotate them as desired and then save them as an assembly. You then place them as an assembly. This gives you a lot better control when placing them in a room.

Re: Cannot use dislpay objects
You might need to post your job. I just tried placing a bunch of Display Objects and I had no problem. I placed them into an empty two-walled room.
Display Objects don't get placed like cabinets do, they just pop up in what appears to be the center of the room.

Re: Door/Drawer Front Designer Errors - V6 B2
UPDATE:
I re-ran the V6 Build2 installation and the problem is fixed. Apparently there are problems associated with changing the User Data Path. This is the second computer on which I had this problem.

Re: V6B2 Fridge Placement Issue
One problem that I do see is that if you try to place a refrigerator where it will not fit it may be placed somewhere in outer space. It may also overlap a dishwasher or refrigerator if placed in the wall view.

No Rick, I did not re-install V5.2. I think you ought to stop the downloads temporarily until you clear up this issue.

Re: CRAP
Well, I will second that emotion. I unfortunately just saw your posting after I loaded the software. Oye... Now do you understand why I wanted to have this BETA tested before a general release?
Hopefully my restore gets me back to where I was.

Re: Drawer Box Pains... Suggestion
That is exactly what I meant Gary. When outsourcing drawer boxes we just need the hardware holes drilled and the W x H x D dimensions put in the Buy List. We need an Alternate Source check box in the Cabinet Editor to allow us to do this. Currently the software is carrying way too much baggage with ...

Drawer Box Pains... Suggestion
I'm having a job milled where I am putting in lots of outsourced solid maple dovetailed drawer boxes, so of course I need the hardware holes and drawer box sizes. In order to do this I have to make up a generic drawer box using "NO-CUT" materials. As you folks with CNCs I'm sure already kn...

Improving the Cutlists
I like having the cut lists, but there is IMHO a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to Exporting to Excel. First off, there is way too much unnecessary information. We don't need to have the "mm" or other dimension names in each field. Why not just put the dimension desi...

We were having this bug previously in the beta test. I guess it fell through the cracks.
