Only one thing, causes stuck tools ,
Dirty, Rusty tool holders and collets and spindle
at lot of time, caused by moisture in the air supply,

Here is how I handle it
If you need, Kitchen or bath, cabinets, don't call me
We only, work with other, woodworking and architectural, professionals.
We, only use e cabinets, to build boxes

If you are running Aspire or V Carve Why would you bother to run thru Control Nesting ?
We never run dxf files thru control nesting

One more thing, check the voltage of the battery, you installed, if it is over 3.3 or under 3 you need to try another battery I bought some ikea batteries and they were over 3.3 volts and they would not work. So i installed them in a small flash lite and ran them down a little and they worked More t...

I battled that problem, for 2 years and pulling the memory chips in and out finally solved it.
