we finaly got these finished up in december of last year, i never really post pictures of our jobs (no time) but i thougt i would show these off a little, most of the wood was stuff that people gave to us over the years, the legs are some old stair treads, the oak panels were base boards that we got...

we useally end up somwhere between 20 and 30 dollars a sheet. if the order is less than 10 it will be on the higher side. if the sheets have more parts or flip ops i will go higher. we have some regular customers that i give the 20 dollar price to across the board. if i have to do some part programm...

i am all for this. i say all the time that we have barely scratched the surface when it comes to the things that can be done on our thermwod machine. the AFL language is somthing i would really like to exploit. and i dont think its just for high production shops. we build furnature in my shop and on...

i have some of the wasteboards that i got from thermwood and i dident seem to get better holding power from it, mabye i wil try it again, what kind of pumps are you guys using, i have some of the older turbine pumps but useally only have to run one of them, i have a 5x12 table.

oh i see, correct me if im wrong, the main idea of the waste board is that you can slide if off and slide on another so you can lable parts while the machine is running, and the side benefit is that your spoilboard will last longer? bill why not do away with the wasteboard if your are screwing it do...

you should be able to put your flip just about anywhere on the table. change your g901-g904 coordinats in your m999 and then set rolling nest to the proper g901-904 location. you may have to do a xshift or yshift depending on where you place your corner.
