i am seeing a lot of doors with similar numbers, where the decimal is in the wrong place. glad to see you are having some sucess with the mdf doors

i really wish they would let us know when updates are availible. i would have been out there trying to make doors spending time to thinking i was doing somthing wrong.

i dont know if its any help, but ryan sent me email yesterday telling me that you have to cut them in the profile modeler for now and that they will be adding a feature to nest them soon.

thanks dave, i do like to think that they show the marriage of hand and machine, i probably should have pointed out earlier that the only g-code that was generated from ecabinets was for the basic cabinet insert. all of the other code was created in another CAM applacation. most of these operations ...

we will do most any joint depending on the customer, most of our cabinets have beaded face frames so we use a dovetail joint in the back of the frames, this works pretty good but i still want to be even better. we finish our face frames sepratly from the boxes so i want them to be really strong whil...

actually we had considered doing an article on these benches, my finish guy has done a number of articles for fine woodworking. they are not to hip on cnc machines so we did not approch them, they next time they are here i will see if they are interested.

no we rounded the tennons, we also cut the tennons on the thermwood. i had to flip them to get both sides. i have done my share of this kind of work by hand, but you cant beat sitting there and watching the thermwood do it for you. we are in the process of purchasing the thermwood mortise and tennon...
