How are you guys joining the back of your corner cabinets. Could the problem be with a setting of 0 for the collar in the nesting? And the router not able to cut a .2 dado using a 2.5 bit because there is no room for the .5 to hang over the side panel back edge.

Jon I think the strecher was added in the up down orentation and then rotated to the front to back orientatio, but upside down. This is why the top/bottom tenion switch was working backwards. In the upside down posision the front inset onthe sides were affecting the dados. I deleted the strecher and...

so now I know, I can create almost any patern on a slab door as a parametric, attach it to a cabinet as an assembly. And be able to scale the assembly.
