Re: Nvidia card
I guess a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. A system may be limited by something other than the graphics card. My laptop specs are AMD 64 4000+ clock speed 1.53 ghz, 1 gb ram (my limiting factor), ATI radeon x600. This machine ran v5 pretty well, but v6 seems much more demanding. My v6 j...

Nvidia card
What's the difference in the geforce series and the quadro cards. A guy at the electronics store said the ge force was a better card.
I think it is a matter of what you are processing. Right?
Is version 6 going to get faster, or do I need to get a new laptop?
Thanks, Jon

Re: Printing in V6.2
I changed the print quality to draft in the printer properties. Then open the window showing the print job progress and wait until it is completely done printing the page before attempting to print another page.
A little slow, but it has worked for me.

Re: Problem With Adjust Cabinet Features
When I changed drawer fronts in the batch area, they disappeared in the pictures, but they were actually changed correctly if you look at the cut list or in the cabinet editor.

Try creating a distributor with only the turnings and mouldings that you use. Then use the filter so all the different items don't load, only the ones yopu regularly use. Also switch the view to details and not thumbnails.
I've found this helps.

Re: Cannot edit cabinets
Thanks Mike. I ended up deleting and replacing the cabinets before I read your reply. This was certainly some glitch.
After replacing the cabinets with identical replacements, they could be edited.
Thanks again!

Cannot edit cabinets
I am not able to edit the cabinets in the attached job. The resize in the room lay out doesn't work, and if you take them to the CE you cannot change the size or construction settings. I tried deleting a cabinet and placing it again. I could then edit the cabinet. I have been having problems with th...

Re: Hoops Error Saving Cabinet in CE
I got this error a few times and it was related to the directory I was trying to save the cabinet to.
Click the browse button and select the directory in which you choose to save to. This solved my issue, even if was the same directory as I was originally trying to save to.

Re: Drawer box problems
Thanks Kerry, It nests properly, with the correct size, but the cut list is incorrect in the batch cabinet area, cabinet editor, and the room lay out. Somehow, the size is correct in the nest reports. As I cut the bottoms and backs on a vertical panel saw from the list, this is a problem for me. Thi...

Re: Drawer box problems
After looking at this again, the bottom is the same size as the inside dimension of the drawer. The bottom is a full dado with 1/4" dado depth. I'll bet if I give the bottom a negative 1/4" front, back, left, and right inset, it will be sized correctly. But, I will have to take every cabin...

Drawer box problems
After updating to v6, the drawer box bottoms are not the correct size. Cabinets that were created in v5 as well as a new seed created in v6. I used the 5/8 bb drawerbox w/inset bottom. The bottom is 1" too short in depth, and is sized the same length as the fronts and backs. The size shows corr...
