These were all done in eCabinets using display panels, boards and cabinet doors. The rosette carvings are Thermwood carvings.

Bead Stile and Rail Door Cutters

This is a set of cutters for the stick and cope cuts for door stiles and railes with a 1/4\" radius bead pattern.
On the stick cut use comp. left and a -3/4\" plunge
On the Cope cut use comp left and a -3/4\" plunge

Mike,
It can be done. I didn't have time to make proper tools but I think from this that you can see it is possible.
The segementing is just the nature of the arc. Maybe ecabs could make more segements to smooth the walls.

Wayne, Create a Display Cube in the Cabinet/Assembly Editor. The width of the cube is the width of your round wall (or a little more if you want) The length of the wall is the radius of your round wall plus some extra. The Depth is the height of your round wall. The texture can be anything as it can...
