Spoil Board
When purchasing MDF for spoil board it comes 61 x 121 inches. Is there a way to cut a new spoil board using CS45 510? I was able to manual program and cut 3 sides but the machine goes into e stop at -.25 .I turned sheet around and cut the other end . It would be nice if the machine could trim it's o...

Expect to pay about $2.00 per board foot for 4/4 and $3.00 per board ft for 8/4 .Make sure you specify kiln dried 10/4 or 2 1/2 inch will be harder to find. You need to specify the tools at the machine if you use the tools in e cabinets to design the door then just specify those tools at the machine What are backs? do you have a machine? have you been making doors

I also set mine up along the wall but in the near future I am going to move out so that I load and unload from either side and I,m moving the control to the home position side That way you can do manual changes and dust hood removal without walking around or moving the head to the other side

We build our chairs with 2" wide webbing ,Criss Crossed ,then covered with upholstery foam and then the fabric of your choice.I reccommend Getting a professional upholster involved . By the time the webbing sags they will need to redo the upholstery
