I would have to go with Forrest's suggestion. Most of our customers up here in Canada doing similar doors are using Panelmetrix.

Jeremy, Well, 0.01mm is just under 0.0004". Perhaps you can try 0.03mm which would would result in an approximately 0.0012" "shift" - something that Control Nesting (CN) may better differentiate AND is really not that much of a variance when machining. Note: I have not tried this...
