Nevermind I look it up on the wed. From what I can tell its basicaly solid surface similar to corian or others. I'm not sure if its 100% acrylic. Even so we cut SS often and sometimes its a blend.

Tool should be 1/4\" upshear at 18000 rpm and 120 ipm.

I know you can change a bit in the middle of a nest and retool length. Does it have to be the same diameter. If its a different size will I have to rewrite the code.

I'm not sure what removing the gasket will do, but another thing is to edgeband your spoilboard. It seals off leakage from the edge.

Seems like the gasket thing would be counter productive.

Hey Nick, Just our experiance. 3/8- 2 flute comp. For 5/8 mel. 18,000 rpm at 700 ipm. For 3/4 mel. same rpm at 600 ipm. The same should apply for most sheet goods.
