Hi Scott
Getting there it is working on the simple parts now. When I applied an inset carving to the side of a cabinet and tried to import
it in to profile modeler it came up with an error message saying no part editor found inside data base.

When i am in the custom layout area and import the upper unit that i created it is classed as a base unit. Is the...

Automaic lubricantion system
Hi,
The oil for the automatic lubrication system on the cnc does not seem to be going down. It is still dripping in to the top
section at 1 drop per 5 seconds. How long does the oil last typically? Machine is use about seven hours a day.

Re: Profile modle- No data found
Hi,
I am still trying to get the modler to work. I did the sample exercise in the manual and everything worked okay
except it would not create the CNC file. It comes up with an error message say cannot create out put file then the file name.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I created a tool using shape manager (v cutter) then applied that to the part using profile edge. Do I import the hole cabinet or just the part with the miter?

Profile modle- No data found
Hi,
I would like to start using the profile modeler but i am unable to load any job. It comes up with an error message saying
no part editor data found in database.
What do i need to run it?
My main use would be to machine miters that i apply in part editor.

Re: blind dado/double machining not lining up
Thanks Scott when i check the fixture offset that is referenced in the G code it is the opposite side to our stops. Our bed is 2700mm by 3600mm and we mostly cut 1220mm by 2440mm sheets on it, so i think that e cabinets calls up a sub program to flip the fixture offset reference point to the other s...

Hi,
I think that only applies to cabinets with face frames as it will not allow me to enter any thing in that section?

Scribes and end panels
Hi,
Is there any way to quickly insert scribes and end panels in the kitchen layout section other then using display panels?
Also is there an equivalent of the align items in the kitchen layout section to snap scribes/end panels to cabinets?

blind dado/double machining not lining up
Hi, I am having trouble with the tongs of the blind dado not being exact. For example I recently cut a unit with blind dado fixed shelf, on one side the blind dado was cut into to shelf and on the other side there was excess material on the tong resulting in a gap on one side. I have tried a few thi...
