Re: PTrouble with stretcher in part editor.
Whoops! I remembered to remember that we have to zip files on forum unlike the HSF's. Ok. All I did was drag the up down stretcher into the part editor and then the next whachamacallit editor where you can load a DXF file from. Return to part editor. Right click and select 'create pocket using close...

Re: PTrouble with stretcher in part editor.
Scott,
I'll have to e-mail you the DXF as the web site doesn't seem to be uploading the file.

PTrouble with stretcher in part editor.
Display panels too! I've been trying to put some 5mm holes in an up/dpwn oriented stretcher that was created for a blind corner cabinet. The stretcher is serving as a "4th" side that have an adjacent base cabinet butting into it from the adjacent perpendicular wall. The Stretcher will be g...

Re: Tooling error in nest
Found a pocket cut thru dimension that I had drawn a little to small by accident in one of the cabinets, Fixed that and the cabinet nested fine. Still no luck with the pocket operation for the front edge of the blind dado tenons that I had on the decks of the corner cabs (in order be able to put a c...

Re: Tooling error in nest
O.K. tried running Link with some older settings that have run fine. Difference seems to be these corner cabs with the decks getting a blind dado tenon. Run this tenon on upper cabinets on recent projects without any problem so I'm guessing it's the corner cab having the fly's on it. Line 825 keeps ...

Re: Tooling error in nest
The screen shot shows a cabinet that has caused the link nest to buck and throw up this error message. The tenon is 3/8" long and the percentage thickness is whatever is needed to be to get to .375" .(think it was 52%) Cutting to the chase, my outline/ pocket dado tool is a resharpened m.c...

Tooling error in nest
Would anyone at Thermwood be able to help look at this issue for me. Keep getting a tooling error when I try and nest out this batch job. Seems to be a pocket operation that it does not like for some reason. I've been over and over the settings and can't come up with the solution. Attaches is one of...

Corner cabinet solution
Does anyone know if it's possible to get rid of the narrow center back portion of the corner cabs? I have an unusual bifold corner application that needs to have that 'center back' removed so that there is a 90 degree corner.
Thanks
Tim
Thanks

Re: Updating product image
Thanks Scott,
Just tried it and worked like a charm. That is going to be a big help in setting up seed cabinets for others as well as myself.
Regards,
Tim

Re: Updating product image
O.K., I tried adding leg levelers, sockets, etc.. to a seed cabinet thru the cabinet buy list. Used the 'Add Items to Assembly' button in the cabinet buy list and re-saved seed cabinet in my seed cab folder. Started new, reloaded seed cab and checked the cab buy list. None of the added bits of hardw...

Re: Updating product image
Kerry, if you don't mind me asking I couldn't help notice some of the hardware that you had in the buy list. The leg levelers and shelf pins for instance. Are you adding them in manually or is there a way to have them associated with a cabinet that makes that hardware get added automatically? It wou...
