I Used Slab doors with 0 thickness edgebanding, Cut a pocket in the door using parts editor while the cabinet was in cabinet editor, Then using constraint manager constrained the pockets. Rob a one piece shaker style is not something I would make. It is more efficient and less messy to make a one piece frame and drop in a centre panel. Brian, I did the same after reading joes post as well. Saved it as a assembly and put it on the Custom layout. How do you cut a pocket in a Slab MDF Door? I am unable to get the slab door into parts editor to cut a pocket. It seems odd to me that a Shaker One piece MDF door cannot be done in Door Editor. MDF One Piece Shaker Doors
I Can't seem to figure out how to design a One piece Shaker MDF Door. It seems only a innner profile can be done. Anyone done this. I'm not using a router yet.

Thanks guys for your responses I've managed to do a small amount of work with the file I'm having trouble with. I had to adjust the cabinet size in Cabinet Editor and save before bringing it into the room. Usually it would take me a few trys each time to get it to save.... Very Very time consuming.....
