Mark,

Check out this link. I know there are some other companies that have something similar.

Gene,

Do you want the Cabinets assembled? This is a service that I can provide to you along with the others that I have already quoted.

If you are interested in getting a quote for assembled cabinets let me know.

Gene, If you can just give me the list of the drawer box sizes that you need, I can enter them my self with the settings I already have saved. This has been the easiest way for me in the past to make sure the drawer boxes have the correct fit. On a separate note to Thermwood. Would it be possible to...

Batched drawer boxes

Is there a way to do a batch order of drawer boxes. If not it would be a nice feature.

Thanks,

Problem with spindle

The spindle is not wanting to release my tool holders. It seems like it is only partially opening up, not enough to release the tool. Has anyone seen this before. The spindle is only about three months old, everything worked fine up untill this point. Any info or something that may be causing this? ...

Nick,

I am getting ready to run my first set. You said you left the settings alone, but did you adjust the material thickness since the 12mm material was under 1/2\".

Any other pointers you can give me before running my first set.

Set up a catalog of cabinets that you use these in ( for example 3 drawer base, 4 drawer base etc.) then take the back into the part editor and use the pattern you created to put your pilot holes in. Then take the part to the constraint manager and put the constraints on these holes so that when you...

Losing Holes and PE cuts

The last job I ran I lost all my hinge plate holes and part editor cuts. All my drawer slide holes remained intact. Is this just a fluke or is there something I should look for. I made sure all the holes were there before creating the TWD file.

I am running Ecab version 5.2.

Mark,

I don't think you can load multiple batches to nest in Ecab, but you can load multiple batches and create one TWD file. After you hit the CNC button there is a button that says add jobs. You can add multiple jobs here and create one TWD file.

I haven't upgraded but I am running Version 20. Works great, is eazy to learn and is inexpensive. I have't done much with the 3D part of it, but I have played around with Bob-Art and was very impressed.
