Re: Has any one cut Polypropylene?
Hi Daniel Thanks For your advice. We did a test yesterday morning and it went well. I made a copy of our fly cut program and changed the spoil board dimensions to the approximate size of the sheet that we cut. And also changed the rpms to 18000. I was able to go .03 inches per pass at 1200 Ipm.At 60...

Has any one cut Polypropylene?
We have a customer that is wanting us to surface sheets of Polypropylene. I was wandering if anyone has cut this material before? If so what feeds do you suggest. The cutter we will be using is approximately 1 7/8 in. diameter. We will most likely be using our fly cut program to surface the material.

Re: Hardware hole editor problem
Ok I got it to work If I want holes in the drawer sides the holes need to be in Quadrant 1 . The same as for the Cabinet ends except for a positive depth. So if the pattern is the same for the cabinet ends as the drawer side the I set the depth for the same hole to a positive and a negative.

Jason The holes I need are for the slide on the drawer sides not the drawer front. I Tried changing the depths to negative for the drawer sides but they still do not show up.

Re: Problem with resizeing drawer

But the customer decided that they wanted the bottom pullout to come out when the door was opend. So I took the same rollout height and added enough ...
