Re: Nesting dimensions reversed
Ok, a little help here - it's happening again. This time on display panels. Small panels have their dimensions switched on nest diagram. I need some Thermwood help here, please. Also, I'd like to point out the giant arrow head - that was because no matter how I changed the arrow settings in LDE, no ...

Nesting dimensions reversed
Hello - I'm printing out some nest diagrams and see some incorrect dimensions. The cutlist under the diagram is reversing some dimensions - the diagram is correct, but the cutlist is reversed. Which will cause major problems when we're cutting up nice expensive material. The parts are doors, from ca...

Re: Red lines won't go away
Hey Scott - sorry I forgot to reply to this - I've tried tracking it down, but not having much luck. I'll see if I can find the time to monkey with it and get back to you. Thanks - Jason

Red lines won't go away
Hey eCabinauts - this has been an issue for awhile, mostly just an irritation: in custom layout and cabinet editor, I cannot get rid of the red X-Y axis lines. I say they're the X-Y lines because in wall view, they line up perfectly with the bottom left corner of the wall. Otherwise, they just hang ...

intermittent problem - resize in wall elevation
Hi - this one keeps popping up - I love the ability to resize cabinets in wall elevation, however it disappears randomly. When I open ecabs, I can resize in wall and overhead view, no problem. After a while, suddenly I'm unable to change size in wall elevation - still works in overhead. I haven't be...

Cutouts in walls on wrong side
Hi - this is a recurring "issue" - I use the quotes because I'm not sure if it's an issue or just my problem. When cutting doorways into walls, if the "build direction" of that wall has been reversed, the cutout always appears flipped. Meaning, if I try to cut into the left side ...

Re: Measuring molding in LDE
Kerry - doesn't matter which you select, the nodes still don't show up - thanks for the suggestion though. Scott - you are correct - I added a molding to a cabinet in CE, it dimensions fine in LDE. Definitely would be better to be able to dimension it when added to custom layout - I rarely add moldi...

Measuring molding in LDE
Hey folks - not sure if this is a reality in Ecabs, or if it's just me - I've added a molding to some cabinets in custom layout, then take the whole thing to LDE. I cannot get a dimension off of the molding - no nodes appear when I press "M". Any ideas?
Thanks - Jason

Transferring materials database
Hey gents and ladies - I know I've done this before, but I'm having trouble this time.... Just upgraded to a new laptop, and am transferring everything over. I got eCabinets loaded, got the jobs transferred, but am having trouble getting my materials database over there. Where do I pull from off the...

Can't adjust back of corner cabinet
Howdy - trying to inset the back of lower cabinet in this assembly 156mm from the bottom, I get a "unworkable dimension" error for the center back. Actually I can't adjust anything on the back, I get the same error. I can adjust insets on the top cabinet. Any ideas?

Re: Corner cabinet partitions
As I suspected - hopefully this'll get added to the list of improvements, although I'll admit it's not a biggie (first time I've needed to do it since using eCabs).
And thanks for the suggestion Kerry - I'll give it a whirl.
Cheers - Jason

Corner cabinet partitions
Hello gents - I'm trying to add partitions to a angled-front corner cabinet, and lo and behold the button has disappeared. Is there any way (other than display panels) to add them? I saw a post from 2005 that said there was nothing available, but was hoping this had been addressed between then and n...

Huh - that seems to work, thanks for the help Rick! I'll send this on to the crew as a bug.
