Edge Pull placement

Does anyone have an edge pull similar to Hafele HF12402310 that will place on the door properly? The supplied one sits on the surface instead of behind the edge.

Re: Resizing Display Boards

To bad they can't be scaled like a display object. I would also like to see an option to lock them to a specific location (post on the corners) so when the cabinet is resized they move with it.

Re: THM Desktop on 10 year old machine

It absolutely saves processing time. I have a 15 year old controller that runs code fine but gets bogged down when trying to nest large jobs. Plus you can process the next job while you're running a job. The other issue I started running into is finding printer drivers for new printers that work wit...

Re: THM Desktop on 10 year old machine

Hi David, I don't use the sync for various reasons. What I do is make all my tooling the max size at the desktop version. IE: the 3/8" compression for the outline tool is always set at .375". It can be whatever size under that it needs to be at the controller and offsets will compensate fo...

Re: Nesting discrepancy

Its always differed for me too. I think there are more factors involved when nesting in the control software like bit size with added clearance and however it handles spacing for secondary operations like tenons and dovetails. If you're doing flip ops first too it considers that on the edge of the s...

Re: Corner door sizes

Rachel, according to your reveal and gap settings the doors are coming out correctly. 292mm on the left door and 2- 296.5mm doors on the right side. Here is the math for the left hand door. Left Front cabinet dim is 315mm - 3mm left reveal= 312mm- 18mm right door thickness= 294mm- 2mm for the door t...

Re: Corner door sizes

Rachel, I assume you're in beta? Moderators might wanna move this to the beta forum so you can get help. Only beta users can open the file so I'll take a look while I'm here to see if I can figure out whats going on.

Re: Frameless cabinet drawer slide installation

While in cabinet editor click the "Drawer Slides" tab and under the drawer slide selection there is a "Hole Pattern" drop down. Select "clear default" and it will remove it from the cabinet.

Re: constraint deletes hole

Marcel, my drawers are done this way too. Its possible you may have a graphics issue. If you rebuild the drawer after making the constraints does the hole show up?

Ian is correct too that it should be w/2.

Clint, I'm on 10. It's not a big pain but it was nice to just scroll without regard for where the mouse is.

Re: the new manual part placement feature

Clint, here are a couple other things I found with manual nesting. Once I started using the rotate option, whenever I clicked on the next part it rotated about 10 degrees on its own even if the rotate button was set back at 0. It would also be good if the rotate slider automatically goes back to 0 w...

Rachelle, it looks like there are undercuts on the big radius's too. Sometimes the software doesn't like undercuts.

Re: thermwood desktop ctr nesting scroll issue

Thomas, that is correct. One of the updates broke or removed that ability. Now you have to mouse over the sheet text block to scroll through the sheets. Maybe the loss of it was unintentional and they will fix it.
