Re: rotate object
You are trying to rotate something that can't be rotated, like a door or drawer front - if you need to rotate one of these you will have to create it from a display door or drawer front then it will rotate.Mike Lewandowski wrote:Rotate is grayed out. Why would that be?
Hope this helps

Re: peninsula finished backs
Yes this is very complex software, the video was referring to placing 2 cabinets together to make one. But what you are trying to do is a little simpler. Re: rotate object
Yes if you have it selected it should work. If you click on a part of a cabinet it might not - to know for sure, select the item then right click on the screen, is the "Rotate" faded or is it available ? If it is available then the yellow arrow should work

Re: How can I split this cab
If you don't want to cut it - when in cabinet editor right click and select "phantom part" mark the stretcher as a phantom part and it wont cut.Carmen Addamo wrote:Thanks Tim the stretcher works well. Now I just have to remember to alter my cut list when I export it.
Happy to see you have a solution

Try using a stretcher it will resize and if you don't want to nest it, make it a phantom part

Re: How can I split this cab
You would be better off using a display board (if you use solid wood for fillers) or a display panel (if you use plywood for a filler) either way they will show up on the cut list and nest. Do Not forget to associate the display board or panel to the cabinet then save. This would let you have a fram...

Possibly the tool for pocketing has been changed - your pockets are small and you may have used an 1/8" bit before and now your pocket tool is set to a 1/4" ???
