Are you creating a display door like this and then using the align function ?

This cabinet has a 1" scribe on both sides and I added a display door and aligned it to the scribe on the left.

Yes you can by creating a board stock item with the same specs as sheet stock.

I just tried it on one of my cabinets and it worked fine. resized the drawer and it re-centered the hole.
