The Save Tooling/Settings will only grab the tooling and settings from Control Nesting. It does not get us anything from Profile Modeler, your machines tool table, etc. Export gets us most everything.

You won't be able to create it as an MDF door in the Door Designer, but you should be able to use a cabinet back, delete the extra parts, pocket the center in Part Editor, come out,...

For parts like this, I would try to change the setting under Action from True Shape, to Cut Line. I'm going to guess that will get it nesting better.

I'd guess that short ramp length is giving you some issues. Lengthen it out like Dave suggests and see what that does for you.
