Not sure, unless it was done accidentally and the rotation was not enough to notice.

From the picture, it looks like the cabinet is ever so slightly rotated. If you do a reset view on the cabinet, does the extra lines go away?

Right Click on the drawer front after placing it, select Door/Drawer Options->Lock Height

Download and Install Service Pack 3, then Install the hotfix.

Run windows update and install the updates or use the stand alone install.

Looks like for version 11, design profile is only available for the pro edition. I know this is a pain to do, but could you downgrade to version 10 with the latest updates (it support windows 10). There may be an issue with version 11, your video card, opengl, and/or el captian.

I think it should be directx 10 since it is windows 10. Can you make sure that parallels is using the discrete video card? Have you uninstalled the old parallels tools and installed the newer version of parallels tools?
Did you make sure to set the power option to better proformance?
