i have updated the CN5.48 on our cs45 but when i try to load any program which has got pocket operation the thermwood software hangs off says send error report and i have to restart the thermwood software but if i load a job with no pockets in it that is fine it nests normal howto overcome this issue

how to create in ecabinets
we are trying to make few bases which are round. how to construct round base of 500 diameter is there any option to do in cabinets i tried to do it by taking a square and fillet it in cabinet editor but failed it doesnt allow 4th side filet got stuck,anyone had tryed to create round base pls suggest

Hello Mohan, If a given tool is exceeding it's cut length by plunging to deep on the initial pass, you can alter the MAX PENETRATION value for that tool. To set the max cut depth for that tool, look into the TOOLING option within Control Nesting and you will find the MAX PENETRATION value with each...

Control Nesting will only use the pocket tool in the settings area to perform pocket cuts. How are you creating your files? Control Nesting treats dados differently than pockets. If you are using dxf files, the dado should be on a dado layer and not on a pocket layer. If you are using Ecabinets, da...
