While not entirely secure, this gives employers an opportunity to track employee progress. It gives each employee a unique login, logs what program theyre running, the time spent on said program, and time of logout. For larger company's the script can also help see if employees have loaded the wrong program, or who was on the machine when something went wrong. Of course, it could be used to track the better employees and give praise where its due too .

This could be updated to be more secure if people want it to be, its not necessary where I work.
