Hello I'm new eCabinet User.
After 2 weeks I get empty package No install CD inside.
I installed software from buddy’s old copy.
I send 3 emails to cabinets@thermwood.com from different places.
Try to registrate my friend.
Nothing help.
Tech support just ignore me.
Can you explain this?
I’m apologies for inconvenience.
The reason why I’m asking becose I’m planning to bay my own CNC.
The main reason to cut cabinets.
And I don’t wont to stock one day with out support.
