changing heights on my seed cabinets (for bath) from 30.5 to 34.5"
i open each cabinet in CE and change height. Click on save cabinet which it ask me if it want to overwrite existing file to which i click yes.
BUT THEN WHEN I OPEN SEED CABINET FILE AGAIN IT IS BACK TO ORIGINAL HEIGHT.
ANY IDEAS?
btw; IF I DECIDE TO SWITCH BACK TO v5, CAN I ONLY USE THAT UNTIL MARCH?
V6 will not save size changes on my seed cabinets

Brian,
It sounds like you are loading your cabinets from the old data path structure, saving into the new, then reloading from the old again. We allow you to load from anywhere, but you can only save in the User Data Path. By default this path will be:
for XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\cabinets
For Vista/Win7: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\cabinets
Look for your saved cabinets here.

Dumb question for you. When you change the Height field are you pressing Enter to actually cause the height to change? If not you have not actually changed anything.

Re: V6 will not save size changes on my seed cabinets
I would say that what Scott has said is the problem, I noticed this when i created a new cab and saved it to seeds in my original directory, and then couldn't find it when i opened my seeds folder. The new version (for whatever reason i do not understand) saves cabinets in a different directory.
