counter top problem

Post by tim lucas »

Good morning all
I am designing a reception area and need to put a counter top on my wall in the corner. I am using a base cabinet full top section to add the tops with open space under. Its all good untill I use part editor to modify my full top to fit my corner ( a triangle ) to go on top of my walls. Once I edit the full top and go to counter top editor I can not select the corners, the little circle x wont show up. Any ideas or better ways to shop the tops ? Thanks Tim

Tim,

I think this is a known problem.
I reported this in the Beta Forum and here is a quote from Ryan on the issue.
Yes, this is still broken. As always, we hope to have this fixed soon,

For me it's usually easier to just do a large display panel and take it to the editor and cut it the way I want. For counter tops you have to have a cabinet there first. If you do that, just texture the display panel the same as your couters and you can place it anywhere you like.
