eCab 6.0 Installation - "1603 ERROR Installing Microsoft .NET Framework"

The installation will not continue.
  • Workstation is running Windows XP Professional SP3.
  • French Language.
  • Had no problems with 5.2 Build 6.
Did a search on forum and found no references.

Has anyone else seen this?
