Jason,
Try creating a jpg with the camera button. I just did that and it works well.

I know this isn't the best, but you can also try alt + print screen then paste it into Word or some other program. That is the only other thing I can think of.
Maybe somebody else has a better idea!!

Re: Please Help!!
First off, is this problem occurring on other projects? If you can you might want to post the job. If it is too big you can probably just zip it up and email it to Thermwood to have a look at it.
What do you mean by crashing? Does it pop up a message, or does it just appear to be hung?

Re: Please Help!!
Just do a PRINT SCREEN and then open IRFANVIEW and PASTE. Then crop the pic to what you want and then re size it and save as a JPEG. When you go to PRINT you can size it to your page if required.Jason Fabretti wrote:I did that but the size is smaller when printed, Even when I change the percentage size before i save it ,it stays the same? Re: Please Help!!
I open the project file and then the LDE. Both pages looked okay. I then tried a Print Preview on Page 2 and the Beach Ball of Death came up on the screen (the program was hung). Thermwood needs to check this on out.

Re: Please Help!!
I really hope they figure this out soon. I am having all kinds of trouble with this. I wish I could just go back to old version...

Re: Please Help!!
Hopefully you have already contacted Thermwood. I have not noticed any of the Thermwood guys chime in here, so do not assume that they have read your post.

Re: Please Help!!
Jason,
I think it has something to do with your 3 filler assemblies. If you delete them and take a wall to the LDE you can dimension and get a print preview without stalling eCabinets.
I think it has something to do with where these assemblies are saved. If you mouse over them you get a very long directory path. You probably need to save them to a different directory and place them in the job again.
