Lamar,
It prints great for me on both my printers. What Operating system are you using? I have XP Pro. Maybe something there.

Re: Build 3 printing still shuts down program
It prints fine for me as well.
Maybe try re-installing Build 3?
I'm kind of at a loss for ideas.

You said you updated your printer drivers, but have you tried updating your video card drivers from NVIDIA's website?

Re: Build 3 printing still shuts down program
Lamar,
You said that printing shuts down eCabinets, does that mean it crashed the program or just stalls the program causing it not to respond?
Is the printer attached to your computer or is it a network computer? Maybe there are some firewall permissions at play here blocking the printer.
I am just guessing here because your job functions properly for me.

Re: Build 3 printing still shuts down program
I get the dialog box that says a problem has occurred and the program must close. The printer is on our network. Like I said before, it has always worked before.

Re: Build 3 printing still shuts down program
Ok, Can you run the program and get the error. Then go to Event Viewer, Application log, double click on the last error and send me the description of the it?
