Let's give Thermwood some well deserved credit!

Post by BenRatt »

I just want to say a BIG THANKYOU to Thermwood for V6. It runs great on my computer and is a nice improvement over V5. I especially like the new file managment features. I'm still amazed that this software is free. It is the most valuable tool in my business, and it is a TOOL just like a saw or anything else. It's a major timesaver and has taken our products to a level of quality we could not have achieved otherwise.

As is human nature we are never satisfied with what we have and always want more, but I have to say Thermwood has a COMPLETELY SATISFIED customer in me. I think if we all took a minute and thought about how much TW has improved and grown all of our businesses, we would never ask for another update again. TW has revolutionized the industry and it's impact will only grow. I'm proud to be an ecabs user and TW machine owner!

Well said, Ben. I follow several other CNC and software forums and I'm amazed at the problems people have with their machines and software not working well together. Hearing these conversations only supports my choice of Thermwood products.

Thank you to all the Thermwood folks who have worked so hard and answered all my crazy questions, no matter how silly.

When I am down, and frustrated by eCabs, trying to get a job out, I would jump on a thread to vent some. I also wish to jump on this thread to echo my kudos and thanks for V6. Each release is working better than the prior, has steady improvement on the new features and the machining is spot on!
Thanks Guys

I too am grateful for all the support ecabinets provides. I make a special effort not to complain about to problems with the software. I haven't forgotten that it is free and the fine folks at Thermwood allow us the privilege of using this fantastic software. I do think they count on us to bring up issues from the real world users so they can be corrected. Lets just remember to bring the issues up, not complain about them.

Many thanks from me also,

eCabinet Systems Software made it possible for me the jump into cabinet making with very little practical experience in the field. I have worked in the building trades since 1975 but didn't start building cabinets until 2001. eCabinets gave me the ability to create the designs and the designs sold the jobs. I could not do what I do without this software. I am looking forward to even greater things from the Thermwood and eCabinet Systems teams in the future.

Thanks again for all the hard work and patience.

I want to get some un-deserved credit myself so I can buy a Thermwood router. 8)

Thanks Thermwood. I like to wish for things that are not yet there, but you folks have been doing a good job. I know that Version 6 has not been the easiest for Thermwood. I don't know of any other company that provides the quality of machines and the level of service that you folks do for both the hardware and the software.
