Strange cabinet I can't get rid of

Post by Donald Thomson »

I've attached a custom room layout of a kitchen I'm working on. I tried to place one of my seed cabinets between the corner cabinet and the range. I was prompted if I wanted to change the cabinet size to fit the opening and I said yes. When it tried to resize the cabinet errors were encountered in regards to drawers and door widths so I was told it couldn't resize the cabinet. So I canceled out of placing the cabinet and ended up with a very annoying "thing" hanging out in the lower corner of the room layout. I can't select it to delete it. I saved the file, exited eCabs and started it again, loaded the job and there that "thing" still is.

Is there any way to get rid of this UFC (unidentified floating cabinet)?

I've had this too, would be helpful for the folk at Thermwood if we could give them a job file.

Well, I did nothing with the strange cabinet. I've worked on other cabinets and saved the layout several times, shut down eCabs several times, because it was starting to loose it's brains after several minutes of cabinet editing, restarted eCabs several times and viola, the weird cabinet is magically gone. Me thinks there are gremlins in the software..... :?
