Why is the part in sheet 4 not nesting in sheet 3?

I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that the part is wider than all the parts on sheet 3 and E-cabinets doesn't "know" that you can cut a 15 1/4" wide strip, cut the 19 15/16" long piece off of that, cut the remainder of the strip narrower and get the narrower pieces off of that. I nested it horizontally and it nested in 3 pieces.

Gary,

You are using True Shape which is difficult to cut on a table saw.

I use Cut Line Vertical because I like to rip first.

The part should nest in the other sheet. Because it is wider it should be the first piece in the rip.

Kerry,

I nested using your settings and I got the same results as you did. This is why I transfer everything to cutlist plus I have more control of the sheet layout, and I can compare it to ecab. nest
