Feature Request. Mergeing Jobs

Post by Bryan J Tanner »

I'm wondering how many others would benefit from being able to import multiple jobs into ecabinets to nest.

Maybe this can already be done at the CNC controller, I don't know.

I think that it would be a great feature, how hard would this be to implement?

Bryan,

If you don't want to wait for "Merge", I just save the cabinets from each job to a file and batch them together.

FYI you can combine multiple jobs at the controller. It is definitely a handy feature, in fact you can even combine some DXF files along with a TWD file and nest all of it together if you want.
You can add multiple jobs to a TWD file when you click the CNC button, but of course without Control Nesting software you cannot see the nest.
