Unable to move cabinet off center

I am unable to move a cabinet off center in the cabinet editor. I thought you just highlighted the cabinet and hold the ctrl down and left click and drag.
Did I for get something or am I seeing a bug.

What is you move increment set too? Does it happen to be 0"?

Gary,
Select / double click cabinet, then hold shift and right click and drag.

So that is what is was the old double click :D I was selecting the cabinet to get the hash lines .Thanks Josh
