Bill,
Slab doors can be "grouped" on a per cabinet basis, but not on a job basis or per elevation.
Hope this helps

Yeah, Will - that's what I would do too. Wouldn't even think twice about it.

The DXF file sounds great, just not sure how to do that. Forgive me I'm just a novice.

Are you a Thermwood owner?

I don't own a Thermwood yet. I have a shop sabre and am playing with eCabs while considering an upgrade to thermwood. I have taken the 3-day eCabs class.

I have a related question. I will soon start cutting 124 identical 3 draw bases for a facility. The doors are made from woodgrained melamine. I know how to group them. Is there a way to have the labels mark the groups without having to assign each cabinet with a unique name/number?

Gary,
You could draw a room and drop all of them into it rather than a batch, then e-cabs would assign a cabinet number that would show on your label or printout.
If you use this I would probably do it in 4 rooms or so,room 1, room 2, etc.
I have trouble when you get up around 100 cabinets or more.
Might be a better way, but I am tired and not much help right now.....

Mike...
Yer the man! That works just fine. I was planning on doing them in batches of 10 or 12, but the room works better. Each room can have a unique name or number and, as you say, each cabinet then is also numbered.
Thanks, Gary
