Yes you can. Only lines, circles, and arcs are supported, so ensure that the drawing that you convert to a DXF contains only lines and circles/arcs (no splines, nurbs curves, polylines, ellipses, etc.). The DXF can then be loaded directly into Shape Manager using the normal load dialog.
