Do yourself a big favor and subscribe to the video tutorials. It $25 per month. You can easily go thru the whole series in a month. By the time you get a response from the forum, experiment, clarify, and ask more questions you've got more than $25 invested. Not trying to put you off but I believe the videos are a must for getting the most from the program.
Glenn I have experimented with stretchers and have found out that the only way I could make a font to back stretcher is to click on a toe kick and a back or a left to right dtretcher in the up down position. What I was wanting to know was there another way to make one by selecting a end or perhaps a face fraim and a back I guess this is another up grade or maby I just missing a step?
Not sure how you did that Kerry. Up Down stretcher goes between the top and the deck. Left Right stretcher goes between the sides. Front back stretcher needs two parallel parts like the back and toe kick, face frames don't count. The pic you posted has the stretcher between the back and the air. Can't replicate.

That's an up and down stretcher, applied between the top and the deck, with the front to back orientation (in construction settings) then adjusted via changing the insets to get it to be short from the top and the deck.

That is an up Down Stretcher with Front Back orientation between the deck and top the depth of the cabinet with the grain rotated 90 degrees.
You must then place the top of the stretcher where you want it using inset 1 and place a lock on that inset. Now when you must place an inset 2 that will size your stretcher properly and you can then lock that setting. You can then move the stretcher into place using the other insets. Lock as needed.
The grain direction had me fooled. And the fact that your stretcher material has to be as wide as the front to back dimension, which you need to calculate. Thanks.
